This is the first post in this forum: hello all.
few days ago I bought the new ketter racer 9 (2015) with the KWT 2.0. I have been mounting everything and
I have been installing and configuring the KTW with the bluetooth interface.

Unfortunately there's a problem. Pricisaly two problems. One, the gear on the handle doesn't work: the KWT can't see the controls.
The other problem the polar band can't send the FC continuously; it seems the bluetooh signal's make interference with the polar band signal's.

The two problems don't happen if I use then USB interface. Everything works well.
Have somebody had the same problems with the bluetooth interface???

the first issue can be solved by Firmware update of the racer 9.

For the other issue I have currently no solution.

This evening, when I will be at home, I will try to update the firmaware.

But... I don't understand a thing about the polar band...
Have you had the same issue and haven't you found a solution for your bike???
or is it a common issue????

I'm the man behind the Software and not the Ergometer.

I never had this Problem but I also have only the Display of the Racer 9 to test with KWT...

In other Forums the same issue is discussed. I will talk with KETTLER about this issue.

I'm wondering myself because kettler doesn't publish a firmware update to use bluetooh (smart) as heart rate monitor.

Yesterday I updated the firmware and the command on the handle worked well. Unfortunately the bluetooth made interference with the polar band signal's yet.Then the bluetooth interface is useless and I must use the usb interface that works well.

It's possible didn't Kettler try the polar band with on KWT2 with bluetooth inteface??? The bike costs 2000 €

Today I will talk with KETTLER. Yesterday I could not reach someone.
