Your fault is different to thre racer 9.
@ racer 9 we have a loss of Peaks -> you have ghost peaks.


Necause of your issue I have asked today some racer s user about problems with heart rate.
1 user replied no problem.

Your case is special the racer s is sold sonce over 1,5 years and no one claimed about ghost Peaks since now.
So your fault might be no serial fault it might be a display error.
Which hertrate belt do you use?


What about contacting the Kettler Support / Kettler dealer. .
This portal is special for KWT.

I hope your problem will be solved quickly.

Maybe Wolfgang knows more.

The heart rate belt is the one that came with the racer s it's a polar T34.
I shall contact kettler to see what they say . I just can't think of what else could cause the spikes

I have emailed kettler 2 days ago now about this problem but as yet have had no reply
Hopefully they will have a solution or can recommend a belt that works better than the polar T34

yes the H7 will support the 5 Khz transmission next BT to your smartpnone.

The reason I was asking was I already have a wahoo BT belt and that won't work with Kwt or the racer s as it won't pair although it works fine on my smart phone at the gym using apps like endomondo

Tried what Brightspark suggested a little bit of cheap hair gel on the HRB and no spikes what so ever so all good now
