Sorry had no luck. This week it is not easy to talk with someone from KETTLER. Many Meetings and between not much time for me...

But in the short time I have asked for the Problem and told them that it is very important.

Thank you, don't worry Wolfgang. It's important Kettler has (or finds) a solution. Then, I don't understand if each racer 9 has this problem or only mine yet.

Hi,

so the answer was that you should contact the KETTLER Service and ask for an Exchange of your Display.

Not all racer 9 have this Problem but you are not the only one.

The normal way is to the seller you have bought the racer 9.

But you can fill out the contact form:
http://intl.kettler.net/contact.html

Please look at the top left for your language/Country and then click again on the bottom left on contact. In some languages the Formular is different to the international.

Hi Gianluca! Have exactly same BT problem and browsing the forum for a solution. Did you solve yours? Can you share yours? 1000 grazie

Unfortunately Nobody (of the company) has answered. Only Wolfgang has answered to me but he deals with the software.
Unfortunately now I have to use the usb cable.
