The problem with my Racer S is solved. The problem was the Bluetooth adapter and software I had used (brand: Ewend).
This weekend I received a Belkin Bluetooth adapter which I had ordered (type: F8T065BF).
First I deleted the old Bluetooth software (software brand: Bluesoleil).
Second I installed the new software delivered with the Belkin Bluetooth adapter (software brand: Widcomm).
The result was an instant connection of Kettler World Tours with my Racer S .

I did some research concerning the Kettler World Tours software and found the name Widcomm back in the software (32feetWidcomm.dll). Probably - for some reason - Kettler have decided that the Kettler World Tours program can only talk through (and is therefore directed to) Widcomm software.

It took some time to find this all out, but now it works! I hope other users can benefit from this experience so they can start biking around the world right away.
