Hi

I can't add my brand new Racer 9 to World Tours by either cable or bluetooth.

I downloaded the USB driver and the Firmware update. I updated the SE3610 without problems.

I then followed all of the guides found in this Forum, by switching to a generic bluetooth driver and all sorts of solutions.

I have run absolutely out of ideas.

I run a laptop with Windows 10, Intel Bluetooth. The Racer 9 is brand new arrived today.

please Report to KETTLER customer Service that your new racer 9 has an wrong ID.

It reports ID=C100S but has to be CA01S.

In the past we had also devices with wrong ID.

Mine has the same problem, has been working fine for around 3 years, went to use this morning, and nothing!

None of the connection icons (USB or BT) are showing at the top of the Racer 9 display?

So the Racer 9 will not show up in BT in KWT, but it does show up in USB, but still does not work, KWT shows as 'out of order' and no USB icon on racer 9.

you have not the same Problem.

In your sceenshot the Racer 9 is fully detected.
You should not configure your Racer 9 twice in KWT. That will confuse the Software and the racer 9.

Remove the configured device from KWT. Then configure one over BT or USB.

If it then tells you it is out of order restart KWT. Then it should work again.

I did not have the racer 9 configured twice, I deleted the BT entry before trying to connect via USB. Even though KWT would see the racer 9 in the add device screen, it said out of order when I tried to use it. This morning I deleted all devices in KWT and checked the OS bluetooth devices to ensure the Racer 9 was present. The device was now showing at the OS level, so I added the BT racer 9 to KWT, it has started working again.

Now I am left with a dilemma, is this the start of something wrong with the Racer 9 display, or was it a software issue (ie. BT) ????

I think it was only Software Problem. We have seen this sometimes after Windows updates.
