OK, I'm absolutely new to KETTLER products.

I have a brand new SKYLON S and iphone 6s which when I click to 'Establish a bluetooth connection' and 'connect to device' replies with "No workout device is was detected..."

No luck also with detecting the SKYLON S or anything via
iphone settings > bluetooth

Any help or advice appreciated.

first of all welcome here.

You have to press the Button on the Skylon so it changes colour blue green -> then do a Bluetooth pairing with your iPhone.
If the button of your skylon turns only blue you are paired with your smartphone.

Maybe different button colours here in the video..
