I have bought my Ergo-S on 27 dec 2013, and enjoyed until 11 jan 2104 a trouble free usage of KWT 2.0.1.22 with a WIN 8 pc.
Since then I cannot achieve any bluetooth link at all : not with the WIN 8 pC and also not with an IPAD 2 or IPHONE 4S running IOS 7

Having gone through the related forum topics, and shutdowns, reconnect bluetooth devices : I still no have a working device today

on KWTI get the message "Ergo buiten werking " ( Ergo ausser betrieb)

I would highly appreciate any suggestion

Try to check your Bluetooth dongle with with a BT connection and a smartphone.


Try reinstalling the KWT USB driver if you own the panel with the cable set + converter.

The strange thing is that the error massage "Ergo buiten werking " ( Ergo ausser betrieb)" says that there is an active BT connetion.

Can you calibrate your ergo Buttons via BT?

I have no BT dongle, nor cable set or converter : this is a new machine where all connections are supposed to run over BT.

I checked the forum and the tutorial ,

I do no believe I can calibrate the ergo buttons via BT

I used this ergo first with IPAD and BT to KETTFIT S and then with KWT 2.0.2.21 and a WIN 8.0 PC.
last saturday 11 jan, I purchased a RLV video ES MASCA, and after I installed this I was no longer able to establish a BT connection with the WIN 8 PC, nor with the IPASD
I contacted Carsten Jost from RLV, but he does not believe the installation of RLV video is the cause of the problem.

In one of the forum topics I read that

"you should make the ERGO-s visible for BT", but how do you do this?

Ok the BT connection worked well 1 week ago with the same hardware as you use now -> Is this correct?

Try deleting all BT connections on your smartphone , ipad etc....
then make a new connection:

I have got again full control of the Ergo-S after doing :

1 remove ergo from device list in KWT
2 remove ergo from BT list on WIN 8 PC
3 power off and unplug both devices
4 wait for 5 minutes
5 add ergo on BT list win 8 PC
6 add ergo on KWT
7 start training with RLV video Masca
