Hello everybody,

Since few time I have some problem to pair my bike on windows 10/11. When I pairing the bike I can work with kettler world tour application.
if I restart computer, Kettler application notice me that my bike is not connected despite that windows show that the bike is connected. My only one solution is to remove the device and make a pairing again.

If I use Rouvy application I don't have any problem.

Someone has this issue ?

Finaly I found the problem. It's a bug in the last version of the application KettlerWorldTour 3.4.15 !!!

I have remove it and installed the previous version and everything working well !!
