Hello SpeedyRacer,
first of all welcome here.
I think you are Dutch.
With the Ergo Race you need the KWT control panel or if you have Wifi and Inet and a Smartphone the Kettler Remote App.
Whitout this you will stuck at the Ergo Race configuration in KWT.
Remote App

Hello Erik,
Thanks for replying, you are correct that i'm from the Netherlands
I've downloaded the app and it works, but the problem i'm having is that the program cannot find my ergo race while it's hooked up by USB cable (i've added some pictures) I see that you also have/had an ergo race, did you have any problems connecting?
Any help would be appreciated.
With kind regards,
Olaf

Hello SpeedyRacer,
Have you installed the USB driver here from the download section.
Then there should be a klong klong noise when you are turning on your connected ergo race.
http://www.kettlerworldtours.de/en/mainmenu/software-downloads/downloads.html
There should be one device with 1 com port number shown when you look in your win device manager. See jpg.
Greetings from Austria
Erik

Hi Erik,
I did install the driver and also updated the firmwire but the ergo racer still can't be found.
I've added a picture and it seems the cable is connected? (Silicon labs CP210x USB to UART bridge com3) but my bike makes no sound.

Hello SpeedyRacer,
Are we talking about the ergo Race 2.
There you have to use the USB Port = for USB printer cable on the back side of the ergo. The front USB is only for your usb stick not for KWT.
Your PC should make a klong klong noise after you have turned on your ergo race.
If this all doesn't work try another USB port at your PC.

No it's the ergo race with the usb on the back side (it has no other usb port) i've tried all the pc ports on my laptop and none seem to work, I do hear the sound you mention and when I look it up under connected devices I can see Silicon labs CP210x USB to UART bridge com3 but when I go to KWT and try to add a new device all I see under 'port' is a '--' sign and can't select anything else or search.
If it's easier, I can make a video and e-mail it?
