giorgio Themenersteller Dabei seit: 01.04.2011 Beiträge: 57	Hello, Sorry but I did not explain my self too well. What I broke is not the saddle itself, it's the SADDLE SUPPORT. It got unwelded in the bottom part where the cylinder ends. I presume I need to change everything, or what else can I do ? Maybe I can try to weld it again ? Any experience ? You should have warranty within 3 years. Do you own the ER with the orange or the red stripes? Because this part (26) has benn changed = upgraded by Kettler from the orange to the red model. Note your art Nr and Serial Nr. of your ER (down at the front) and go with your invoice to your Kettler dealer. It seems the new model is different, so my problem gets even bigger now ? Thanks in advance for any suggestion. Ciao Giorgio
