Hi!
I've passed IPN test and go throught sequaence of improved performance trainings. I have some questions about training.
1. In some trainings KWT offers intervals with different cadence zones. Some of them are between 40 and 50 RPM. Why so slow? Can I ignore this recommendation and continue to use more comfortable cadence, let's say 70-80RPM?
2. My next question is about pulse zone. For example, I choose the coaching where KWT offers fixed pulse zone (70%-75%) during all training.
If after about 7 minutes my pulse doesn't reach KWT's target zone instead of continuing to increase performance's level KWT fixes it and decreases pulse zone. Well! I continue with new parameters of training but after some minutes KWT decreases pulse zone again and starts decreasing performance's level.
Why? For what purpose? Could anybody explain me in what manner (in what logic) KWT 2.0 determines pulse zone in coaching mode?
What does it mean "improved performance" if KWT offers me to train at pulse below 60%? Should I follow KWT's recommendation or I can increase pulse zone manualy by KWT' console?
