Hi,

I have the latest version of Kettler racer S (bought 2019). I have KWT 3.0 (v3.0.1.7) installed.Everything have worked fine but suddenly KWT lost BT connection to the Racer S. I was unable to add the Racer S as a device in KWT so I uninstalled the software and tried again but no luck. I have tried with both KWT versions 2.0 and 3.0 but i am not able to make the BT connection.

Racer S connects to Win 10 just fine and in KWT Devices -> Bluetooth -> Device list there is my Racer S listed also, but when I select the Racer S item the Bluetooth dialog opens and the blue bar keeps rolling without making proper connection with the Racer S.

Any tips what I should try?

Your racer S Firmware should be 31.27 -> OK!

Your premium display is already set to App/KWT mode?
No Kettler is in your device list when you try in KWT your device search? (We had this problem with a Skylon and a racer S)

Maybe in Kettler setting devices you have to press the middle button again -> like the win 10 BT pairing.
Go in Win 10 to the device manager and delete all Kettler devices.
Maybe a Firmware (update 31.27 is the latest) helps you need a Mini USB cable. Please send me a PM with your email address I will send you a download link (my cloud). If the update don't work please try the rescue mode.

Delete your BT HR belt in Win 10 BT pairing and try above again.

I did factory reset on my bike. The firmware version is 31.27 as you mentioned

Here is the current status:
- Firmware v31.27
- In Win 10 all previous bluetooth connections deleted
- Premium display bluetooth set to App/PC mode
- Premium display bluetooth successfully connects to Win 10 via bluetooth
- Fresh install of KWT 3.0 (v3.0.1.7).
- KWT Devices list empty
- KWT Devices -> Add -> Bluetooth -> Device dropdown -> Racer S visible -> select this and then KWT hangs in Bluetooth pop up dialog and never makes the Bluetooth connection with the bike.

I will PM you and let's try the Rescue mode.

You need a Mini USB cable!

@ KWT Settings in devices. Have you selected your Racer S in the white dropdown field?

Have you ever tried kinomaps on your Smartphone.
The thing is if you are still paired with kinomaps at your smartphone every BT Kettler can not connect a second time with BT -> your KWT PC. See BT HF solution at KWT usage.

If KWT can't connect your KWT pc shut down your pc and try kinomaps with a BT Pairing to your kettler on your smartphone.

Maybe you can delete your Kettler BT device in the win 10 device manager and then make new BT connections.
